The first volume of 100AP went through Ka-Blam. They're a
co-branded operation along with Indy Planet. They've been serving
the comic creator community for two years. You can expect about a
month turnaround and a full colored 24 page comic will cost you
$2.98, plus setup and shipping fees. They have a queue system where
you can monitor the status of your order and they also handle trade
and magna sized books, posters, fliers, hard cover books and
more.

Mixed reviews about ComixPress but included here in all fairness. A
24 page full color comic will run you $2.87 plus fees. They also
run posters and zines and mini comics.

I haven't used Lulu, but they have a comic book publishing/printing
option. They also offer ISBN numbers for published material and a
lot of binding options. They also turn books out quicker than
Ka-Blam and ComixPress but I'm sure you end up paying more for
that. If anyone has used them, let me know how the service was.
