80 Artists!

Folks, we've only got 20 spots left for the 100 Artists Project Single Mailer phase. To date I've received 80 pieces of art, I'm very excited.

However, we still have 20 to go so if you want to get your piece in the first book, you'll have to do it soon. Don't wait, visit the site, get the info and send in some work. If you've been siting on the fence or putting it off thinking you have time, now's the time to do it.

Big thanks to all those people who've sent work in, you've shown real moxy getting involved in a project like this and I applaud you.

Thank you. I know I've called in a lot of favors getting art for this. I'm sad some of the people I've know for a long time haven't come through, but that's to be expected.

I know it's too late to get in on the first project, but how do I get in future projects? I love what this organization is doing and I wanna help! Being as I'm a broke little single mom manga-ka, giving you pictures is all I've got. LOL

I love it, "organization." Makes me feel important. :)

I have an idea of what projects to do next, but I don't like the way I have everything so spread out. Like you mentioned, it's hard to figure out what's going on. I blame myself for that, having lots of information across several places. It's one reason I started the Ning site so I could effectively communicate better with people.

When the next round of projects start, there will be announcements here as well as other sites leading back here.
